Calls cost 7p per minute plus your telephone provider’s access charge.

Calls to 0745 208 0 208 are charged between 5p and 12p per minute from BT landlines and other landline providers and are typically not included in free call packages.
Call costs from mobiles vary according to the calling plan chosen. Typically they cost between 8p and 40p per minute. Both access numbers can be used from either a mobile or fixed line. Choose your preferred number when using the service. Both numbers can be dialled from any country using the format +44 845 694 0 694 and +44 745 208 0 208.
